Welcome to the Mladenovi House, "Dom Mladenovi"! If you have visited us before, we have news for you: our House was completely renovated in 2005, with a completely new look and feel. You can now enjoy the homey atmosphere of a private house in the comfort of modern rooms and apartments. Our House is situated on a small, quiet street, 60 meters from the center of the New Town of Sozopol. We are equally close to the two main beaches, the Central Beach and the Harmani Beach. AAll of our rooms have a balcony and a private bathroom, and are equipped with a coffee maker, cable TV, and a refrigerator. Most rooms and all apartments have air conditioning. Wired or wireless internet is available. We are striving to be as "green" as possible, with most of our hot water produced in the sun panels on our roof. In our green yard (literally, see picture below) you will find a peaceful, shady, and breezy escape from the heat of summer. Our terrace on the roof offers a 180 degree view of the sea above the buildings. In the green patio you can find a quiet and cool spot for relaxation. Most rooms and apartments are also available outside of the peak summer season, and are ideal for a peaceful vacation or a small business meeting during the spring, fall, or winter season.
